Responsibilities

The Lead Team Member maintains store organization and creates a customer-first culture by assisting customers, operating registers, stocking merchandise, and ensuring store standards. Acts in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Team Leader or Assistant Team Leader.

  • Provide superior customer service and model product knowledge.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
  • Assist in merchandising and product rotation to enhance visual appeal and sales.
  • Perform cleaning and resetting duties to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
  • Follow company policies and operate cash registers efficiently.
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
Qualifications

Effective communication skills, understanding of safety policies, ability to follow planograms, perform basic math, and handle cash register functions. High school diploma or equivalent preferred with six months of supervisory or related experience.

Physical and Working Conditions
  • Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 40-55 pounds.
  • Exposure to various environmental conditions and cleaning chemicals.
