Overview

Lead Team Member role at Circle K. Location: Standish, ME. Shift Availability: Flexible Availability. Job Type: Lead Customer Service Representative. Employment type: Part-time. Seniority level: Mid-Senior level.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, run the register, cashier, make purchase suggestions, and occasionally work with the food program.
• Lead shifts on a regular basis to gain entry‑level management experience.
• Help maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly service in a dynamic store environment.
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Work around the store (inside and out) in various areas to support store standards.
• Interact with customers daily as part of a fun, energetic team completing daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Selling products to customers and providing excellent customer care.
• Strong communication and friendly conversation skills.
• Ability to perform at a quick pace while maintaining a positive, engaging attitude.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
• Grasp, reach and manipulate objects; eye-hand coordination; may require climbing a ladder to store/retrieve materials or place/remove signs
