Job summary

Sheetz, Inc. is hiring a Supervisor in Pennsylvania to lead store teams with energy and hospitality. You will ensure fast, accurate food service and friendly customer experiences while modeling teamwork and safety.

This full-time role includes a $1.50/hr night shift premium for 10pm–6am, plus benefits like PTO, 401k match, stock ownership, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive medical coverage. Prioritize tasks, coach staff, and maintain clean, well-merchandised shelves to delight customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Able to stand, bend, reach and lift up to 20 pounds, with assistance for 40 pounds.
• Must be 18+ years old; VA state law requires 21+ for certain tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier service.
• Prepare quality food and beverages to exact specifications safely and quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
