Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Supervisor to lead store teams with high-energy hustle and a team mentality. You’ll greet customers, help deliver quality food and beverages, and mentor teammates to deliver fast, friendly service.

This role includes a $1.50/hr shift differential for nights (10pm–6am). Perks include quarterly bonuses, PTO, parental leave, 401k match, stock ownership, tuition reimbursement, medical, dental and vision coverage, and snack discounts.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18+ (VA state law may require 21+ for certain tasks).
• Lift up to 20 pounds and assist lifting 40 pounds when needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to customer specifications safely and quickly.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goodz in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas

Qualifications:

• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds and the ability to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
