Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to nurture curiosity and growth in preschoolers. You’ll create engaging, age-appropriate lessons while mentoring other teachers.

You will ensure classroom safety, follow state licensing guidelines, and collaborate with families to support each child’s learning journey. This role emphasizes hands-on activity, indoor/outdoor play, and a warm, supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities
