Job summary

The Gardner School in Andover, MA is opening a brand-new state-of-the-art preschool and hiring a Lead Teacher to join our founding team. You will lead a classroom, mentor assistant teachers, and partner with families to deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons while maintaining a safe and joyful learning environment.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s or associate degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, or a high school diploma with the EEC Lead Teacher Certification

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate in Early Childhood Education or related field, or High school diploma plus Lead Teacher Certification and 3 years experience.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• 2+ years of early childhood education experience (lead or co-lead preferred).

(Required)* Regular and reliable attendance.* Intermediate PC skills and proficiency with general administrative tasks.
