Job summary

The Gardner School Weymouth is seeking a dedicated Lead Infant & Preschool Teacher to guide a vibrant classroom in our state-of-the-art Weymouth facility. You will plan engaging lessons, mentor assistants, and foster strong relationships with families and children.

We value love of learning, safety, and professional growth. The role requires 1+ year lead or co-lead experience and a relevant degree, with CPR/First Aid certification preferred. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Education: degree in Elementary or Early Childhood Education or related field, plus 9+ months experience preferred, or HS diploma with EEC Certification and 36+ months experience.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
