Minimum Requirements

• Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education
• Minimum 1 Year of experience in a licensed childcare setting

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Responsible for carrying out daily lesson plans

• Present age‑appropriate expectations for children

The Hourly pay rate range for this position is $16.00 to $17.00 hourly. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for performance‑based incentives or other benefits.
