Children of America in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a Lead Teacher to join our team of early childhood educators. You will plan daily lessons, foster a safe, structured learning environment, and communicate professionally with parents and staff.
You will engage children aged 6 weeks to 12 years, lead instruction using our Mind and Body Matters curriculum, and partner with families to support growth, development, and a positive school culture.

This role interacts daily with children, parents, management, and teaching staff to support a collaborative and positive learning environment.
Hourly rate: $17.00- $19.00 per hour. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for performance‑based incentives or other benefits.
