As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:

  • Create: Develop engaging learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers.
  • Care: Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children.
  • Lead: Manage classroom and curriculum, and ensure compliance with licensing and standards.
  • Communicate: Build relationships with families to support children’s achievement and center success.

We want energetic, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have:

  • Experience leading a classroom and creating lesson plans.
  • Ability to meet state and center education requirements.
  • Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activities with children.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Pay $18.00 - $21.00 hourly, with options for bi-weekly and daily pay, depending on position, education, and experience.
  • Immediate health insurance (medical, dental, vision), paid time off, and 401(k) with company match for full-time employees.
  • Limited medical for part-time workers.
  • Education assistance including tuition reimbursement and certification.
  • Monday-Friday work week.

The sign-on bonus is available for hires between June 18, 2025, and July 30, 2025: $500 for Assistant Teachers and $1000 for Lead Teachers, paid half after 60 days and half after 120 days of employment.
