Kids N Fitness East in Decatur, IL is hiring a Lead Teacher for Two-Year-Olds. A CDA or at least 6 ECE college credits is required, and candidates must pass all background checks. Prior lead teacher experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare developmentally appropriate weekly lesson plans using current curriculum guides.
• Implement lesson plans weekly across all areas of child development and use the parent app for communication.
• Establish professional rapport with families to provide quality care.
• Ensure safety and well-being; maintain a clean, organized classroom.
• Maintain child assessments and portfolios; conduct biannual conferences in Nov and May.
• Assist with daily classroom activities and accommodate physical needs of children.
