Job summary

U-GRO Learning Centres in Lancaster, PA is hiring a Lead Teacher to inspire learning and support families. You will design engaging activities, mentor fellow teachers, and ensure a safe, nurturing classroom environment.

The role requires leading curriculum implementation, staying compliant with licensing and center standards, and building strong relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support student success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote social, physical, and intellectual growth in your class.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure licensing guidelines and company standards are followed.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement and support the center’s success.
