Anne Arundel County Public Schools is seeking a Teacher Lead for the upcoming school year. This position involves providing instructional leadership, mentoring educators, and innovating curriculum delivery to enhance student learning. Ideal candidates will have extensive teaching experience and the ability to support new teachers in their professional growth, contributing to a supportive educational community.

JOB SUMMARY
Serves as a school-based instructional leader who provides direct instruction to students and supports, mentors, and coaches other classroom teachers. Works with other district and school lead teachers and district staff to design and deliver customized and episodic professional learning, provides curriculum and instruction guidance, identifies students in need of interventions, and progress monitors student learning. Provides school, department, team, or teacher leadership, expertise, and support in one or more of the following areas: literacy, English language arts, mathematics, science, social studies, the arts, interdisciplinary learning, specialized instruction, English language development, world languages, gifted and talented education, career and technical education, health and physical education, data analysis and collaborative planning, behavioral interventions, new teacher development, pedagogy, and/or other identified specialty.
