Job summary

The Goddard School of Newark in Newark, DE is seeking dedicated full-time teachers to create safe, nurturing classrooms and deliver developmentally appropriate curricula. You will observe and guide children, partner with families, and collaborate with staff to support holistic child growth.

Compensation includes $18.00–$23.00 per hour, a signing bonus, performance incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package plus ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in early childhood education required.
• Must meet Delaware licensing requirements.
• Ability to commit to a consistent full-time schedule.

• Create and lead a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum.
