Overview
The Goddard School located on Farm Lane in Doylestown, PA, an early childhood education center, is currently seeking a qualified Pre-Kindergarten/Preschool Lead Teacher to nurture healthy development in children and encourage lifelong learning.
The Goddard School is a renowned program with a Piaget (Learning through Play) based foundation and a leader in the franchised preschool industry which is growing and continues to set the standard for excellence. Our staff is made of loving and dedicated teachers who understand each child’s needs.
A Lead Teacher at The Goddard School is responsible for establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy and nurturing learning environment. Additionally, a Lead Teacher is responsible for working together with an Assistant Teacher and in conjunction with the entire faculty.

A Lead Teacher must meet the qualifications of his/her state and those set forth in the National Standards for hiring, including the following:
Educational Qualifications
All candidates, who wish to be considered for the position of Lead Teacher must meet one or more of the following criteria, in addition to any/all requirements that may be mandated by their state and/or local licensing authorities:
RN or LPN with emphasis on the young child including at least one class in Child Development or Human Growth Development (For Infant, Toddler, Get Set only).
