The role emphasizes growth through ongoing training, tuition reimbursement, credential assistance, and a strong benefits package. This is a day-time, on-site position with a Monday-Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote their social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support center success.
