Job summary

Learning Care in Minnesota seeks a Lead Teacher to inspire preschoolers with engaging activities and a nurturing classroom presence. You will mentor fellow teachers, design interactive lessons, and ensure a supportive, structured learning environment.

You’ll lead curriculum implementation, uphold licensing standards, and build strong relationships with families to promote child achievement and center success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children, promoting social, physical and intellectual growth.
• Lead on classroom management, curriculum implementation, and licensing guidelines.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support center success.
