Job summary

Columbia Academy Thunder Hill, part of the Endeavor Schools family, is hiring a Preschool Lead Teacher. Responsible for implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities, ensuring child safety, and documenting progress, you will help children grow cognitively, socially, and emotionally in a supportive environment.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education or related field, 45 hours growth & development, 45 hours Preschool Curriculum, and 1 year of infant care

Qualifications

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 7 AM–6 PM.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• 45 hours Child Growth & Development.
• 45 hours Preschool Curriculum.

Qualifications

If you have the following, we would love to speak with you:

• Ability to work during the hours of operation Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 6 PM, work schedule is based on business needs
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• 45 hours of Child Growth and Development
• 45 hours in Preschool Curriculum
• Minimum of one year of experience working with infants in a licensed childcare facility or 30 college credits
• Demonstrated knowledge of various stages of social, emotional and intellectual development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
• Physical ability to stand, bend, squat, jump, dance, walk, run, reach carry, lift 50 lbs.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Development or related field (preferred)

Pay Range

USD $19.00 - USD $21.00 /Hr.
