Duties

• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster positive relationships and support child development
• Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive social interactions among students
• Observe and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom that reflects your values and early childhood education standards

Experience

• Previous experience working in daycare or preschool settings is highly desirable
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices is essential
• Familiarity with lesson planning and classroom management techniques
• Experience working with children of diverse backgrounds and abilities is a plus
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues
• Ability to use iPads efficiently
