Role Overview:

• Supervising the classroom, including personal care, hygiene, and positive guidance

• Preparing activities that promote physical, social, and emotional development

• Providing materials for exploration and active play

• Using the Ready, Set, Go program to cultivate creativity and readiness for school

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year early childhood education work experience

• Required certifications: 15-hour and 90-hour Preschool Certifications

• Compliance with Maryland and local regulatory requirements

• Ability to lift 40 pounds consistently and pass a medical exam
