We are seeking a compassionate, creative, and enthusiastic Lead Teacher to join our team and provide a safe and stimulating environment for children aged nursery -5 years.

Responsibilities: The Lead Teacher will educate and care for children ages nursery -5 years, teaching age-appropriate skills and subjects.

Responsibilities include:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Create a warm and safe classroom environment where toddlers feel secure and supported.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff members.
• Maintain open communication with parents, providing updates on their child’s progress and daily activities.
• Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations to ensure the well-being of all children.
• Observe and document each child's development to identify their individual needs.

Qualifications:

• CDA credential, AA ECE, and or BA Education.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with students Nursery - 5 years old.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for working with children.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Familiarity with State-Funded Preschool standards, Creative Curriculum, NAEYC standards, and the GROW NJ Kids initiative.
