Job summary

The Goddard School is seeking a dedicated lead teacher to coordinate daily class operations, plan and deliver engaging activities, and foster a warm, educational environment for children.

You will work closely with families to support developmental milestones and provide top-notch customer service. This role emphasizes safety, nurturing instruction, and collaboration with staff to maintain student ratios.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
• Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred
• 2-3 years of previous experience preferred
• Meets background check eligibility
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead teachers coordinate the daily operations of assigned classes.
• Plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities for childcare.
• Work directly with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service.
