Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Clear ability to meet state requirements for education and center standards.
• Capable of indoor/outdoor activities with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensuring licensing guidelines and standards are met.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support child success and center goals.
