Job summary

KinderCare Education LLC is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide and mentor teachers, implement the KinderCare curriculum, and create a safe, engaging learning environment. You will partner with families and center leadership to drive enrollment and program quality.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of early childhood experience, relevant credentials, and a passion for child development. This on-site role offers opportunities to contribute to community-centered programs and school partnerships.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Possess active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support child care and education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and partners.
