Learning Care Group is seeking a Lead Teacher to inspire preschoolers and collaborate with families in a caring, professional setting. You will lead the classroom, implement engaging curricula, and ensure licensing standards are met while mentoring fellow teachers.

The role emphasizes strong communication with families, a positive, proactive classroom atmosphere, and adherence to health and safety policies. This is a full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule at our New York location.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center.
• Willingness to work indoors or outdoors with children.

Responsabilités

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children's social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation in compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support center success.
