Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for preschoolers and mentor fellow teachers. You will promote holistic growth and ensure adherence to state education requirements.

The role involves leading classroom activities and curriculum while maintaining a positive, compliant environment. You will communicate with families to support student achievement and center success, with a focus on a safe indoor/outdoor setting and a nurturing

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:
