Learning Care Group is seeking a Lead Teacher in Lexington, KY to inspire young minds and guide a classroom of preschool children. You will design engaging learning experiences, promote growth across social, physical, and cognitive domains, and lead curriculum implementation in accordance with licensing guidelines.

You will also mentor fellow Teachers and communicate regularly with families to support each child’s success and the center's overall goals.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading a classroom and creating lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements for childcare.
• Capable of indoor/outdoor activities with children.
