Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a Lead Teacher in Altamonte Springs, FL to guide classroom learning and support families. You will mentor teachers, implement curriculum, and uphold licensing standards in a vibrant child care setting.

You will help children grow socially, physically, and intellectually while collaborating with families and center leadership to ensure a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and center’s success.
