Job summary

La Petite Academy is hiring Lead Teachers to nurture preschoolers in a caring, collaborative classroom. This role emphasizes creating fun, interactive learning experiences, mentoring fellow teachers, and ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.

You will build strong relationships with families, manage a dynamic classroom, and promote the child’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
