Key Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum and Instruction:
   • Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
   • Foster a love of learning through creative teaching methods
   • Observe and assess children's development and adapt activities accordingly
2. Classroom Management:
   • Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
   • Manage routines and transitions smoothly
   • Address behavioral issues with positive guidance
3. Family Communication:
   • Maintain open communication with parents/guardians about progress and activities
   • Conduct conferences and provide updates
   • Encourage family involvement
4. Health and Safety:
   • Ensure cleanliness and safety of classroom and common areas
   • Follow health and safety guidelines
   • Supervise children indoors and outdoors for safety
5. Professional Development:
   • Engage in ongoing training
   • Stay updated with best practices in early childhood education
   • Collaborate with colleagues
