Qualifications

• Leadership to guide a classroom teaching team.
• Strong communication with families, staff and children.

Responsibilities

• Ensure child safety and well-being with active supervision.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Ohio licensing rules and CELC policies.
• Plan and maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized learning environment.
• Provide First Aid or CPR in emergencies and prevent illness spread.
• Observe children for illness, injury, or emotional issues and report to the Center Director.
• Hold a BA/BS in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Have at least two years of teaching experience.
• Career Pathway Level CPL 3 or higher preferred.
• Familiarity with ODJFS licensing rules preferred.
