Job summary

Learning Care Group seeks a Lead Teacher to guide classroom learning and curriculum across our preschool program. You will mentor fellow teachers, promote holistic child growth, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.

You will communicate with families to support each child’s progress, while maintaining daily responsibilities in a dynamic, safety-focused environment. This role emphasizes teamwork, planning, and hands-on learning across indoor and outdoor activities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements for childcare.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors with children.

Responsibilities

• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation; mentor fellow teachers.
• Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children.
• Be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support child achievement and center success.
