Tutor Time Childcare is hiring a Lead Teacher to foster a warm, engaging classroom where children learn through play and structured activities. You will mentor fellow teachers and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool children in your class.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, ensure licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support center’s success.
