Learning Care is hiring Lead Teachers in Texas to inspire children and families every day. You will create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and lead classroom management while ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines and standards.

We offer flexible schedules, the ability to bring children to work, paid time off, and opportunities for ongoing training, tuition reimbursement, credential assistance, and our Master Teacher Program.

Competenze

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
