You will lead classroom management, ensure curriculum alignment with licensing standards, and maintain strong family partnerships.

The role values energetic, dependable individuals who can work with children indoors or outdoors and meet state requirements for education and childcare centers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Must meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and lead fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring other Teachers.
• Promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Take lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure licensing guidelines and company standards are followed.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support child achievement and center success.
