Learning Care is seeking a Lead Teacher to inspire and nurture children in our daycare centers while partnering with families to support lifelong learning.

You will create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities, mentor fellow teachers, and oversee classroom management, ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines. Our team values growth, collaboration, and a warm, engaging learning environment for all children.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and developing lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements for childcare centers.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children including social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management, implement curriculum, and be an expert on licensing guidelines.
• Build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support center success.
