Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers in a collaborative, child-centered environment.

You will lead classroom management, ensure curriculum implementation complies with licensing guidelines and company standards, and build strong relationships with families to support each child’s growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom.
• Ability to create educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements for the center.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation; be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
