Job summary

Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher for our city area center. You will create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and lead curriculum implementation while ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.

You will build strong relationships with families, promote children's growth, and maintain a positive, safe classroom environment during a Monday-Friday schedule with provided benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote their social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines.
• Build genuine relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support center success.
