Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and ensure licensing and company standards are met. This full-time role offers a Mon-Fri schedule with no nights or weekends, plus a benefits package that includes health insurance, tuition assistance, and a childcare discount.

The Lead Teacher will foster children's growth across social, physical, and intellectual domains while building strong relationships with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Meet state education requirements and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create! Develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care! Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool children in your class.
• Call the shots! Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate! Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.
