Job summary

You will lead classroom activities, promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschoolers, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, benefits, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• At least 12 units in ECE or Child Development (Required).
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children, promoting their social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.
