Learning Care Group is seeking a Lead Teacher to lead a preschool classroom, mentor fellow teachers, and implement dynamic learning experiences that promote growth across social, physical, and cognitive domains.

You will ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and school standards while fostering strong relationships with families and the center team. This role emphasizes active engagement, safety, and ongoing professional collaboration within our childcare network.

Competenze

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
