Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and able to pass a background check.
• High school diploma or GED required; ECE coursework preferred.
• Ability to plan age-appropriate lessons and document progress.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities.
• Keep the classroom safe, organized, and compliant with licensing.
• Observe and document each child's development and share progress with families.
• Communicate with parents daily and at conferences.
• Complete attendance, incident reports, and assessments.
