Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a Lead Teacher in Maple Grove, MN to inspire children toward lifelong learning. You will develop engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and lead classroom management and curriculum implementation while ensuring licensing compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support child achievement and center success.
