Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is hiring a Lead Teacher to inspire children and model joyful learning in our Minnesota preschool center in Andover. You’ll design engaging lessons, mentor fellow teachers, and lead classroom routines while ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines and center standards.

You will build strong relationships with families, support children's social and educational growth, and contribute to a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for every child in the program.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Take lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation; be an expert on licensing guidelines and center standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement and support center success.
