You will lead engaging activities, document child progress, and partner with families in a warm, supportive environment that emphasizes safety and development.

You will collaborate with a teaching team to deliver age-appropriate lessons, maintain licensing standards, and help children feel confident, curious, and excited to learn together every day.

Qualifications

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons in the classroom.
• Keep the classroom safe, organized, and compliant with licensing and ratio requirements.
• Observe and document each child's development and share progress with families.
• Build relationships with parents through daily communication and conferences.
• Complete required documentation including attendance and assessments.
