Job summary

Clayton Early Learning is seeking a Lead Teacher for the Infant & Toddler program in Denver, CO. You will plan and deliver developmentally appropriate activities for children aged 0–3, supervise classroom staff, and collaborate with parents as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience with young children and at least 1 year in a leadership capacity. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a $2,500 sign-on bonus after 90 days.

Qualifications

• BA in ECE or related field with 36 ECE credit hours OR valid CO teaching license.
• 2-3 years of experience with ages 0–3, plus at least 1 year in leadership roles.
• Experience working with kids and families

Responsibilities

• Develop written plans for daily activities with classroom team for a class of 8 children (0–3)
• Organize classroom materials to provide a safe, developmentally appropriate environment
• Conduct annual inventory of materials and future needs
• Schedule and facilitate team and classroom meetings
• Provide supervision to classroom teachers
• Plan and participate in meal setup and cleanup
• Prepare, monitor and track reports (screenings, enrollment, attendance)
• Works with management to ensure smooth program operations
