Our lead teachers coordinate daily class operations, plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities in a safe environment. They work directly with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred; meets background check eligibility
• Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred; meets background check eligibility
• Must have experience with at least 3 Infant units
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Infant/Toddler programs required
• Successfully completed state-required pre-service training
• Ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty
• Ability to address stressful situations professionally while multi-tasking to ensure smooth operations
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., including infants into and out of cribs for Infant and Young Toddler Teachers
