Job summary

The Learning Experience is hiring enthusiastic teachers for our early education classrooms. You will lead a safe, nurturing environment and implement our LEAP curriculum with engaging characters to drive learning.

You will communicate with parents about their child’s progress, build strong relationships with families and staff, and participate in ongoing professional development and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
• Must meet any applicable background screening or state licensing requirements for the role.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the overall classroom management, leading a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Use the LEAP curriculum and engage children with our characters to drive learning.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s adventures and progress via apps and discussions.
• Build positive relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic learning environment.
