Job summary

The Learning Experience – Summit, NJ is seeking a passionate early childhood teacher to lead a safe, nurturing classroom. You will implement our LEAP curriculum and use our engaging characters to drive learning, making TLE a fun place for children.

You will communicate with parents about their children's progress through apps and conversations, build strong relationships with families and coworkers, and pursue ongoing professional development and advancement opportunities offered by our program.

Qualifications

• 1 year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months (required).
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
• Must meet background screening or state licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for overall classroom management in a safe, nurturing environment.
• Use the LEAP curriculum and engaging characters to drive learning.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their children’s progress via mobile apps and discussions.
• Build strong relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic learning environment.
