Job summary

Learning Care Group in Santa Rosa, California, seeks a Lead Teacher to inspire young minds and support families. You will create engaging, hands-on learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers and managing classroom routines in line with licensing guidelines and center standards.

You will collaborate with families to promote development across social, physical, and cognitive domains in a positive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• At least 12 units in ECE or Child Development (Required).
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create! Develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care! Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool children in your class.
• Call the shots! Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate! Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and center success.
